Thoughts on the Aberdeen Candidates Forum? Post them here
So what did you think of the forum last night? Were the questions even and fair? Did the candidates surprise anyone with their answers? Did any of their answers sway your opinion of who you will vote for?
Leave a comments and let us know what you think!

In general the forum worked and was well attended by the citizens of Aberdeen and quite a few non-residents like myself who are interested in and affected by what happens in city government. The candidates were served softballs and beachballs for questions and generally handled them. The moderator certainly should have been able to develop a more incisive set of questions to put before the contestants.
That’s what I was afraid of. Softball questions do nothing but make life easy for the candidates, allowing them to simply state their positions and do no critical thinking.
I was afraid of that as well. I am glad there was a turn out though.
The moderator could only ask questions that were submitted by the City residents in attendance. If you didn’t like the questions asked, you should have submitted something different.

Could someone please list all of Stephen Wrights Blog names? He is almost like the “Dukes of Hazzard ” without the comedy!
