Man accused of solicitating 11-year-old near elementary school, lives near another
Matthew Santoni at The Examiner is reporting that an Aberdeen resident has been arrested and charged with attempted kidnapping of a child under 16, attempted second-degree rape, attempted second-, third- and fourth-degree sex offense, stalking and second-degree assault.
While it’s scary enough that anybody would do something like this, what is scarier is the proximity to schools that the alleged crime occurred. The crime occurred Saturday near Halls Cross Roads Elementary and within the walking student’s route. What may be worse is it that the accused, Miguel Antonio Perez, 45, lives within 500 feet of George D. Lisby At Hillsdale Elementary School.
