I guess the slogan “All American City” is getting too stale?
According to the latest meeting minutes from the city of Aberdeen, Mayor Fred Simmons wants to change the slogan on the Aberdeen City logo to read "The Future of Harford County". I can hear all those future BRAC transplants now…
Hey honey, I know we settled on moving to southeastern PA when our jobs get transferred to APG, but I just found out that Aberdeen is the future of Harford County! it must be official since it’s on their logo. That’s it, we better move to Aberdeen now and beat the rush. This is going to be bigger than Beanie Babies!
I wonder how the rest of the county will feel if this new slogan passes. Maybe he should instead go with "The Honest Future of Aberdeen"?
