Aberdeen will hold a free summer concert series at 7 p.m. at Festival Park. Don Shappelle, a singer/songwriter from Wilkes-Barre, Pa., will sing songs of the Susquehanna River and Chesapeake Bay. Rain location will be at Aberdeen Middle School. 410-939-6767.
